Mating List Summary
Section titled “Mating List Summary”The mating list summary (shown below) displays the predicted mean outcome for index, traits, markers, and inbreeding for each MMG.

- Use the Show Traits and Show Markers checkboxes to toggle the display of this information
- Click the Edit button under an MMG to change or tweak the direction for each MMG
- The All Candidates column allows you to compare the predicted mean outcomes for each MMG against the actual candidate means.
- The blue indicators next to the results highlight where you have applied a target, including the emphasis value and direction (increase or decrease mean value)
Group Members
Section titled “Group Members”The Group Members tab shows the groups of males and females to be mated for the current mating solution.

- You can Show All Male Groups, Show All Female Groups, or select a specific MMG to see both the female and male cohorts for that MMG
- Male Group Coancentry: The average coancestry of all sires within each MMG
- CoanCand: The average coancestry of this sire with all candidates (including self)
- CoanSel: The average coancestry of this sire with all selected male and female individuals (including self). Low values promote improved diversity as these values represent the predicted relationship of the sire to the future population.
After stopping the run, you can download a CSV version of the group members along with the PDF summary report for the analysis from the Reports tab.
Trait/Marker/Inbreeding Histogram Targets
Section titled “Trait/Marker/Inbreeding Histogram Targets”Under MMG analysis, the data that contribute to these histograms (found under the Trait, Markers, and Inbreeding tabs), use the full set of all possible matings between selected males and females, summed across all MMGs. You can still manipulate these histograms, but take care to note that you are manipulating across all possible matings and all MMGs. If you want to manipulate traits/markers/inbreeding per MMG, please do this via the MMG edit screen for each MMG separately. However, you can do both simultaneously.
